What are your shipping policies? TOP
All items ship FREE in the Continental United States (lower 48 States). All clothing items ship free in 50 United States. Clothing will ship to Canada for $2 and $4 for other international destinations. Please see item description.
As some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer we must abide by their shipping policies. Many of them will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO/APO or International addresses.
If there is a particular item you want and you are willing to pay the extra shipping charges, some items can be shipped in 2 part. Meaning they will ship from the warehouse to our store and then we will ship the item onto you. Items like costumes or smaller toys or furniture, will qualify for this. Please email sales@kidsdreamspot.com for details. Do you charge sales tax? TOP
We only charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to an address in the state of Idaho. Idaho sales tax is 6%. What is your return policy? TOP
For any return, you must email and request a Return Authorization number before returning. Please email sales@kidsdreamspot.com with any concerns you may have with a product. What is your wholesale program? TOP
Our wholesale program applies to our clothing items only at this time. Anyone purchasing in bulk is welcome to apply. Minimum wholesale order to receive wholesale discount is $50 USD. Free shipping applies to wholesale orders in US. What size clothing do I order for my child? TOP
Sizing can vary between manufacturers. Generally it is better to go by the child's weight or height instead of age. If child is tall or in between sizes, generally it is best to go up one size.
