Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Kids Dream Spot. If you have received your order and you are not 100% satisfied please email us at sales@kidsdreamspot.com We will work hard to make sure you are satisfied.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first to receive the proper return authorization numbers. Products returned without a proper return authorization number will be rejected at the customers expense.
Our Return Policy:
Kidkraft: Items carry a full 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials. Please call us at 208-904-3696 or email sales@kidsdreamspot.com and we will help you direct your concern to Kidkraft warranty. All Kidkraft warranty will be at KidKraft's discretion and either a new part will be issued or a new product.
Levels of Discovery: We think our products are pretty special, and hope you will to! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return an item for a full refund of the purchase price within 31 days of delivery. Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, items that originally shipped free, actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
Guidecraft: At Guidecraft USA we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please contact sales@kidsdreamspot.com so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We want your complete satisfaction. Costumes | Dress Up: Our costumes and dress ups are designed and encouraged for year round play. However, because of the seasonal nature of costumes, no returns on costumes or dress ups unless the item is found to be defective. If you have received a costume or princess dress that is defective please do not hesitate to contact us sales@kidsdreamspot.com . Costumes and dress ups cannot be returned due to sizing issues. Please refer to the product specifications for sizes and measurements.
Clothes: Clothes may be returned if they are unworn/unused and in resellable condition (tags are still on them) Clothing that has been worn/used/tags removed cannot be returned. Clothing that is sold as wholesale lots may not be returned for any reason.
Jewelry: Our jewelry is custom made to order, no returns on our jewelry.
