Our Return Policy:
All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of receipt - No Exceptions! Personalized items cannot be returned at all. Hats that are detached from the costume and Helmets cannot be returned due to health reasons. Costumes that have caps detached from costume will not be considered new condition and cannot be returned.
Due to the seasonal nature of Halloween costumes, costumes purchased from September 1 - October 31 may not be returned for a refund. Costumes purchased from September 1-Oct 31 may be exchanged due to sizing issues with a 10% restocking fee. Customer will pay for shipping charges to return and to send new size out.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first to receive the proper return authorization numbers. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org or Call Stacy at 208-539-4119. Products returned without a proper return authorization number will be rejected at the customers expense.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. It is advisable to return the product, insured and with tracking information. If the item is lost in transit to us, we will not be responsible.
Please allow 2 weeks for refund to be processed.
Our costumes and dress ups are designed and encouraged for year round play. We have chosen a manufacturer that produces high quality costumes and stands behind their products. Our costumes are guaranteed against manufacturer defects.
Returning defective or damaged products:
All defective costumes or items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Please email or call for a return authorization number and return instructions. Any returns without the proper return authorization numbers will be rejected at buyers expense.
Returning Non Defective Products
Non defective products that are returned must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging and tags attached. We will not refund or exchange if item is not in new, unused and resalable condition.
Please call or email for a Return authorization number. Items returned without a RMA will not be accepted.
All non-defective approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Items that shipped free will have a $10.95 shipping fee subtracted from the refund.

Personalized orders all sales are final, they cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will do everything we can to cancel the order. If the order has already been processed, and cannot be canceled, the above return policies and terms apply including restocking fees.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Items that originally shipped for free will have a $10.95 shipping charge deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory being out of stock or if the billing address cannot be verified with the customers credit card bank or for any reason that we feel the order was not made in good faith or the customer misrepresented themselves. Orders that we cancel will be refunded through original payment method.
